I have observed close up and also from afar, the development of Prison Fellowship Nepal for over 30 years. The work has been characterised by integrity and consistency in times when it has grown or when it has faced challenges. The leadership, particularly its Executive Director, Dinesh Neupane, exemplify commitment and courage.
