When I first met Dinesh Neupane in Singapore at a Prison Fellowship International meeting in (199? / the 90’s) I was so impressed by his humble and godly attitude. It was the first time I had heard of the need to take care of children who would otherwise be housed with their parent inside a prison! The idea that that was the case for some children in Nepal was horrific to me. A few years later I went to Nepal and visited the children’s home in Kathmandu where I saw happy children being lovingly cared for and taught about Jesus. I also saw the programs being run to help ex-prisoners learn a skill to enable them to make a living for themselves. I have felt privileged to read of the ongoing work in prisons in Nepal over many years and know how well my financial donations are being used and to pray for the dedicated work of the staff and volunteers of PF Nepal.
